The activity room offers table football, billiards, and electronic darts. The house is equipped with several TVs in different areas, as well as a PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii. The dining and living area is tastefully furnished and includes a stereo system with CD player, TV, Blu-ray player, and a high chair for children. The well-designed kitchen features a large refrigerator, freezer, two dishwashers, and two stoves, providing ample space for cooking and meal preparation. The house is very spacious and well laid out, built around two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom and five bedrooms. In addition, there is an extra bedroom with an en-suite bathroom connected to the living area. An energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump is installed. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day and grill dinner in the evening. There is also an outdoor hot tub, sauna, and a screened outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a trip to the beach. Furthermore, there is a fire pit with seating, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the warmth on an autumn evening. Not rented to youth groups.
