The holiday home is located in the fishing village of Wieck, directly on the Ryck River, which flows into the Greifswald Bodden lagoon 200 meters further on.

The holiday home was completed in 2015 in a country house style. In addition to a modern kitchen, it offers maritime shabby chic furnishings and fantastic views of the water with passing sailboats. Here you will find everything your heart desires. A terrace in front of the house invites you to barbecue, read, or simply relax.

A parking space is located directly at the house.
This is a separate house on the owner's property.

On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped new kitchen, a spacious dining area for four people next to a cozy wood-burning stove, and a small but elegant bathroom. An open staircase leads from the kitchen-living room to the upper floor. From here, you have a magnificent view.

The open-plan upper floor offers sleeping accommodations for two adults and one child, a seating area, and a television with a Blu-ray player. We deliberately avoided installing partition walls here, creating an open and airy feel. Bed linens and towels are provided.

The holiday home has a very special charm due to its proximity to the water. The view of majestic sailboats or fishing boats entering the harbor is inherently relaxing. The entire area is designated as a traffic-calmed zone.

There are excellent fishing opportunities for zander, perch, pike, herring, and garfish practically right on your doorstep. Furthermore, there are excellent day trips to Greifswald, Stralsund, Rügen, and Usedom. The surrounding area boasts a well-developed network of cycle paths. Bicycles are available for rent at reasonable prices.

A boat rental service offering pedal boats, motorboats (no license required), and canoes is located directly at the wooden drawbridge, allowing you to take wonderful excursions along the Ryck River to the city center of Greifswald or out onto the Bodden lagoon. But the excursion boats, which stop very close by, also offer trips along the Ryck River and onto the Bodden lagoon.

Bicycles are available for rent on the other side of the wooden drawbridge. Beautiful cycling routes start from this location. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route and the Way of St. James also pass through the town.

The cottage is rented without pets.
