In Manerba del Garda, in a very quiet green area with few villas, this beautiful villa can accommodate up to 8 people!

The villa consists of a large living area, relaxation area with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV (also German channels), a large table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen: induction, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster.

From the living room you go out onto the terrace, the garden and the pool where on sunny days you can also use the table and chairs outside to relax in the fresh air.

A bathroom with sink and toilet completes the furnishings on the ground floor.
The villa, fully equipped with free WiFi, has two bedrooms on the first floor:
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the lake;
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe;
On the first floor there is also a second equipped bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and toilet.
Each bedroom on the first floor and the living room have air conditioning.

A staircase leads to the lower floor, where there is a third bedroom with a sofa bed and closet, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The villa also offers a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The private outdoor area of the villa is full of accessories that guarantee guests wonderful moments of relaxation in the summer: a private pool and a garden.

Guests can park their car in the garage or in the private parking space of the villa.
The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.
On request, a baby cot and high chair can be used for a small additional charge.
Pets are allowed after consultation and specification of the animal.
