The FW is located on the ground floor of a 2 family house and has its own entrance as well as a generous covered terrace with its own garden and a view of meadows and fields.
It consists of a spacious living room with a modern kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a large modern bathroom with shower. In the living area, a pull -out sofa bed still offers space for a 3rd person.
The FW is located directly in front of the popular district of Roxel (7 km) to the city center and is optimally connected to municipal local transport. (Stop 200m footpath, right on the donkey pasture).
In 20 minutes you are by bus and in 30 minutes by bike in downtown the "most livable city in Germany".
