The property - away from any street noise - is approx. 1000 square meters in size and can be reached from the nearby village - approx. 200 m - via a fixed road.
The beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot along lonely paths through olive groves or by car along a paved path
to reach.
The "Spiti" is a simple country house. We deliberately keep it simple so that we can relax from the excess of everyday life.
It is very spacious inside and therefore offers space for a siesta in the hot summer months and also allows for beautiful evenings or mornings inside the house in the off-season.
