Wave 13 at Villa Vogue

Built in 2018, Villa Vogue awaits you in Binz's prime beachfront location!

The bright, spacious living room of "Woge 13" – with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fabulous views of the Baltic Sea – welcomes you with a unique vintage ambiance, a cozy mix of 1960s design classics combined with modern furniture and maritime art on the walls. A TV and radio are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The dining table is positioned directly by the windows, allowing you to enjoy meals with a wonderful view.
All windows in the living room (except the balcony door) are equipped with either electrically operated exterior roller shutters or louvered shutters.
The 7.5 m² balcony is comfortably furnished and offers a beautiful view of Binz Bay.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped. A BORA 4-burner ceramic cooktop with integrated extractor hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are provided.

The bedroom faces the sea and is furnished with a large wardrobe and a double bed. Electrically operated louvered shutters can be opened from the outside for sun protection.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

The apartment includes a free parking space for your car in the carport at the house. (Carport dimensions: 2.70 m wide, 5.40 m long, 2.20 m high). An electric car charging station is available.

Bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle shed.
A beach chair located at beach access point 32 in front of Villa Vogue is included in the price. It is available from May to September.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please use the balcony.
