The property is situated on a well-established plot with mature trees, a carport, two terraces, and other seating areas in the garden. Access to the village and the house is via a paved road with no through traffic, ending in a cul-de-sac next to the house and the dike. The beach can only be reached by bicycle or on foot through the dune forest (approx. 300 m).
