Our beautiful holiday home "Flair am Meer" with the exclusive and comfortable apartment "Ostseetraum" was completed in March 2019.
The apartment promises heavenly holidays in a prime location from the moment you step inside. It is located on the ground floor and features a large terrace with a dining area and sun loungers or a beach chair. The terrace faces south.
The approximately 50 sq m apartment for two people offers a cozy living and dining area with comfortable seating, a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps, and free Wi-Fi.
The open-plan, adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed for a restful sleep, a smart TV, a safe, and ample storage space for your clothes.
The high-quality bathroom, featuring an infrared sauna, has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and hand shower, toilet, elegant vanity, heated towel rail, magnifying cosmetic mirror, and a hairdryer.
Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable room temperature. The apartment has electric blinds and insect screens. Laundry service is available upon request for a fee of €3.00.
The apartment also includes a storage room for luggage, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon request.
The apartment includes a parking space and a lockable bicycle garage with charging points for e-bikes. An 11 kW wallbox electric vehicle charging station is located in the parking area. Charging costs are calculated based on the meter reading and charged at the current daily rate.
