The house is centrally located yet quiet (almost at the end of a cul-de-sac) in Carolinensiel, just a 7-minute walk to the museum harbor and about 30 minutes to the sea. A bakery and a large Edeka supermarket are within easy walking distance. The ground floor comprises the bathroom, utility room, and two bedrooms, each with direct access to a small lawn. The first floor features a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen and direct access to a large roof terrace furnished with new patio furniture.
The house is well-appointed and includes satellite TV with a soundbar, a DVD player, a portable CD player, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and underfloor heating. Bicycles can be stored in the annex. You can park your car in your own parking space directly in front of the entrance. The house is non-smoking, and pets are unfortunately not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. The mattresses and duvets are high-quality and hypoallergenic. We pay particular attention to cleanliness and ensure that the facility is always in excellent condition.
