Lu Nidu di lu Colbu

Adjacent to a nature reserve and set within a 5,400 m² park-like property, the exclusive Villa “Lu Nidu di lu Colbu” enjoys a spectacular secluded setting. The 150 m² villa features a large pool and is surrounded by rugged rocks, fragrant Mediterranean maquis, tall trees, oleanders, bougainvillea and colourful flowers. Designed by renowned architect Alberto Ponis, the villa blends harmoniously into the rocky landscape. At around 200 m above sea level, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Costa Paradiso coastline, the shimmering Gulf of Asinara, Corsica and the Sardinian mountains.

The stylish living room has a fireplace, comfortable seating and two large panoramic sliding doors opening onto covered terraces. A staircase leads to the dining room with a round table and traditional Sardinian chest. The fully equipped designer kitchen is located next to it and features an interior window overlooking the living room, terrace and pool.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with bunk beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have wide French doors and private terraces. There are two bathrooms, one en suite, each with a shower, WC, bidet and built-in washbasin.
The villa’s different levels, high ceilings of 4–5 m, insect screens, artwork and Sardinian handicrafts create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
The charming courtyard features an outdoor fireplace with barbecue, garden furniture and a parasol. A natural stone staircase leads to the secluded infinity pool (approx. 12 x 6 m), surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, sun and shaded terraces, a covered pergola and a rustic rock shower with hot and cold water.
A natural-rock picnic area beneath pine and strawberry trees and a private parking area with two spaces complete this unique retreat.
