It is comfortably furnished with attention to detail. The outdoor area and garden are very well maintained. There is comfortable garden furniture, a parasol, and two sun loungers. The location is beautiful and quiet. A storage room for bicycles is available.
Amenities: fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a lovely sitting area with TV, a modern bathroom with shower; a steep staircase leads to the upper floor. There you will find two bedrooms, one with an electrically adjustable double bed and one with a single bed.
Parking is available. The apartment is rented for a maximum of two people.
