The furnishings of this apartment are completed by the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
Guests can conveniently park their car in the residence's private parking lot.
With a small additional charge, possibility of providing a cot and a high chair.

The Residence's swimming pool has a fabulous lake view and is open from 15 June to 15 September.
The pool area is divided into 3 areas: adult area (25x18m), children's area and whirlpool area; to complete the accommodation there is a large park of 40,000 meters, children's playground, soccer field, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room.
