The holiday home is located in the Sonnenberg holiday village on the southern slope of the Förlenberg hill in the quiet Birnbach valley, just above Leinsweiler, a romantic winegrowing village with attractive restaurants.
The 80m² wooden house, with a balcony on the upper floor and a loggia on the ground floor, sits on a sunny 700m² meadow plot near the edge of the forest, offering views of the valley and the opposite mountainside. A shady terrace on the north side of the house provides respite from hot summer days.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen leads to a Scandinavian-style dining area and the spacious living area with leather sofas, a recliner, satellite TV, a stereo system, CDs, games, and books.
The small bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, mirrored cabinet, bathroom shelf, and hairdryer.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm).
