3 star national category. Newly renovated, beautiful, well-equipped holiday apartment Residenz Benni 3, quietly located, very well maintained, with a balcony with sea and pool views. The apartments are only about 200 m from the sea, the nearest pebble and sandy beach is about 800 m away. The center of Medulin can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.
Our communal pool with a beautiful sunbathing area invites you to relax.
A playground, table football table, table tennis table, drinks machine with Bavarian and German beers round off the offer.
In the summer kitchen there is also a large LCD TV for communal football evenings.
Note: the pool is out of service in the winter months November 1st to March 31st

We were pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained everything was, The location is quiet, yet we were just a short walk from the beach and local shops, The hosts were friendly and responsive, making our stay even better
Very nice holiday residence! The landlords were super friendly and welcoming, The place was clean and cozy, we felt right at home, My family and I enjoyed the playground for the kids and even had a fun night with the big screen TV in the summer kitchen, Would definitely come back!
Propre, confortable et bien situé, Vi havde ingen klager under vores ophold, Poolområdet var afslappende, og det var rart at have en drikkeautomat i nærheden, Vi vil anbefale dette sted til venner!
L'appartement était parfait pour notre groupe d'amis, Beaucoup d'espace, et la décoration était charmante, Nous avons particulièrement aimé les soirées de football communes dans la cuisine d'été, C'était comme un chez-soi loin de chez soi!
Un endroit charmant pour se détendre, La piscine commune était un point fort pour nous, et les enfants ont adoré l'aire de jeux, L'appartement lui-même était propre et confortable, ce qui en faisait une excellente base pour explorer Medulin
Fantastischer Ort für Familien! Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem Spielplatz und im Pool, Der Strand war nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, und die lokalen Restaurants waren ziemlich gut, Insgesamt ein angenehmes Erlebnis
