In the heart of Borkum, in the old town center, lies the beautiful holiday home Cassiopeia. Built in 1938, it has a unique charm thanks to its blend of old and new. It is centrally located yet very quiet. The South Beach is approximately 600 meters away, the island's train station with its many shops is 500 meters away, and the North Beach is 800 meters away.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a spacious living/dining area. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and a sound system, as well as a large dining table for 8 people. A high chair is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, etc. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a large bedroom for 2 people.
Upper Floor
Here you will find a lovingly furnished children's room with a bunk bed and another bedroom for 2 people. A small living room with a sofa, another flat-screen TV, and a stereo system invites you to relax. The provided travel cot can be conveniently set up here. Upstairs, there is also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outside
Terrace: In the summer months, a south-facing terrace invites you to linger. It includes lounge furniture and a large parasol.
In front of the house, there is a beach chair and a bench with a table.
Set back from Süderstraße (approx. 30m), this is particularly inviting for enjoying the evening sun.
In the garden, on the south side, there is a seating area with a table.
