This exclusive holiday apartment with breathtaking sea views across the entire Bay of Lübeck is situated in a prime location, right on the beachfront. The magnificent sandy beach and the Baltic Sea are at your doorstep. Enjoy absolute peace and quiet, yet you're only a 3-minute walk from the lively Scharbeutz dune promenade with its numerous restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and charming shops. A beach chair is available free of charge on the beach opposite the apartment (May 15th - September 15th).
This exceptionally well-appointed and stylishly furnished apartment offers every comfort for four people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring a wonderful holiday. The spacious living and dining area with its stunning sea views forms the heart of the apartment. Abundant natural light and contemporary luxury create a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. The generous southeast-facing balcony is guaranteed to become your favorite spot. Breathe in the salty Baltic Sea air while enjoying breakfast and listening to the surf, or simply savor the panoramic sea view with a glass of wine. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with only high-quality brand-name appliances. Two TVs, a Sonos Bluetooth speaker, a radio, and Wi-Fi are provided. The apartment features underfloor heating, and all windows have electric exterior blinds. A washing machine and dryer are located in a built-in cupboard in the hallway. We are happy to provide a travel cot and highchair for young children.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. A reserved parking space is available on the property. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the bicycle storage room.
