Our largest holiday apartment in "Haus Schwalbennest" is furnished in a country house style. Apartment "Claas" offers 100 square meters of living space, comfortably accommodating up to six people and a baby. Renovated in 2014, this apartment offers all modern comforts. Located in the basement, the apartment is bright and welcoming.
The apartment comprises four bedrooms, a spacious living area, and two bathrooms with showers, toilets, and hairdryers. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other two are single bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also features an HD TV.
The living room features a comfortable sofa set that seats six people in front of the HD TV. A modern sound system with a DVD player is also provided. The open-plan kitchen creates a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. A spacious dining area with six chairs and a highchair awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The apartment is fully equipped. In addition to accommodating six people, the apartment is also equipped for a small child (0-3 years). The crib and changing table are located in the parents' bedroom, separated only by a room divider.
A washing machine and dryer are provided. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Short stays of fewer than 7 or 5 nights are possible for a one-time short-stay fee of €100.
For stays of 15 nights or more, we offer a discount of €10 per night.
