In the heart of the seaside resort of Timmendorfer Strand, the exclusive holiday apartment "Strandperle" awaits you. Quietly yet centrally located, you can reach the elegant town center and the stunning Baltic Sea beach in just a few minutes' walk. Numerous select bars, cafés, shops, and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger.
The spacious, approximately 60 sq m (650 sq ft) apartment with three rooms offers ample space for four people and is located on the ground floor of a newly constructed apartment building. The stylish, high-gloss kitchen is directly connected to the cozy living and dining area. Beautiful designer flooring and charming, nautical decorative elements create a comfortable atmosphere and reflect the proximity to the sea. All floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, ensuring bright, airy rooms during the day. Two bedrooms, furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm / 60x30 in) and a double bed (140x200 cm / 55x30 in), allow you to unwind perfectly after an eventful day of vacation activities. The bathroom offers modern amenities, just like the rest of the apartment. Of course, free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a large flat-screen TV are included in the entertainment package.
On the adjoining furnished terrace with an electric awning, you can enjoy sunny days in the fresh air, relax, or simply unwind. Behind the house, you'll find a private parking space and a lockable, dry bicycle shelter. A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room and are exclusively for our guests' use.
