The exclusive designer apartment "Seaside 10" is located directly on the beach in the second row from the Baltic Sea in Timmendorfer Strand and boasts a beautiful partial sea view. Short walks to the stunning Baltic Sea are guaranteed, and a private beach chair awaits you on the beach (spring-autumn).
This sophisticated vacation apartment is situated on the second floor of a newly constructed building and offers 120 square meters of living space with three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, comfortably accommodating up to six people. The light natural stone floors and tasteful interior design are ultra-modern, and the luxurious amenities, such as the integrated sauna, leave nothing to be desired. Fancy enjoying a delicious breakfast with the rising sun? Simply slide open the floor-to-ceiling glass front of the extravagant conservatory, transforming it into an open balcony. Garden furniture and sun loungers are, of course, provided.
The spacious, light-filled living room offers magnificent views, some extending all the way to the Baltic Sea. Here you can spend wonderful hours with your family, and a fireplace ensures cozy evenings by the warm fire. The high-quality, open-plan bulthaup kitchen blends harmoniously into the overall design of the apartment and also offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. It is equipped with a breakfast bar and bar stools that comfortably seats six people. The master bedroom, furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm), TV, and blackout curtains, allows you to unwind perfectly after a wonderful day of vacation activities. A large wardrobe provides ample space for your vacation clothes. From here, you have direct access to a top-of-the-line bathroom. The natural stone tiles and light-colored bathroom fixtures create a truly relaxing atmosphere. For complete relaxation, the integrated sauna is available for your use free of charge. Two further bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a small wardrobe, and blackout curtains. Three TVs and Wi-Fi are, of course, included in the entertainment package.
A washing machine and dryer are available for our guests' free use only and are located in the basement. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage (entrance height 1.95 m).
