Our fully equipped and charming holiday home is located in the heart of a popular holiday home community in Neßmersiel.
On a plot of approximately 500 m² and with a living area of approximately 98 m², we offer you plenty of space to relax. The quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac ensures peace and quiet at all times.
The house has been extensively modernized over the years and furnished with great attention to detail. Creating a cozy atmosphere was very important to us, so that you feel right at home even on vacation.
You are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall, from which you can access all the rooms. The ground floor is divided into a sun-drenched living area with an adjoining dining and kitchen area. Here you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a bright, white bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find the second bathroom with an adjoining bedroom. On the opposite side is the children's room with two single beds and a cot for our younger guests.
The south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco or a glass of wine at the end of the day.
A parking space is also available. For storing bicycles, there is a garden shed with an electrical outlet for charging e-bikes.
