Architecturally striking holiday apartment in a sunny southwest-facing location with a partial view of Lake Balmer and the culvert.
Interestingly designed living/dining area with a high ceiling. Despite its open-plan layout, the modern and fully equipped kitchen is not visible from the living area.
A small, enclosed room is available for wardrobes and storage.
In addition to a Kenwood filter coffee machine (an electric grinder for coffee beans is provided), the kitchen also features a Nespresso capsule machine (espresso/lungo). Please bring your own capsules.
Large bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a lovely shower.
The apartment is ideal for two people, but a high-quality sofa bed in the living area offers the option of accommodating one or two additional guests.
