Our exclusive, non-smoking, thatched-roof house was completed in 2015 and enjoys a superb location, situated directly between the Breeger Bodden lagoon and the Baltic Sea.

The house accommodates up to 5 people. A shed for bicycles, garden furniture, a barbecue, and toys, as well as parking spaces, are located on the approximately 400 sq m (4,000 sq ft) lawn.

The 110 sq m (1,000 sq ft) lovingly furnished house features allergy-friendly natural stone floors throughout and underfloor heating powered by geothermal energy. Pets are not allowed.

On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area with a TV, a spacious guest bathroom, a separate TV room with a sofa, and a terrace.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds and ample storage space.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances (ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and various other small appliances). All rooms are equipped with high-quality pleated blinds and insect screens on the windows.

The terrace is fully furnished with a teak table, six chairs, and a large parasol. A stone barbecue is available in the garden.
