Casa Pisani is a large village house on a quiet street in the heart of Civezza. It has recently been upgraded by the current owners to a very high standard and has been expertly divided into three separate apartments.It also has a large swimming pool
Apartment "Il Mulino" 2 Bedrooms
This apartment is on ground floor level and is accessed by its own iron gate. It has its own private sun terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The interior has been architecturally designed and offers all home comforts. The entrance opens into an open plan kitchen living room opening onto a terrace with enough space to either eat inside or outside. There is a double sofa bed, TV, and Wi fi. The double master bedroom has a walk-in closet and opens out onto a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The stone walled bathroom is modern and has a large shower.

The master bedroom overlooks Piazza Venezia. The second bedroom has twin beds plus a 3rd if required. Modern bathroom with bidet and large washbasin. The 3rd Bedroom is situated in a self contained guest cottage in the garden adjoining the apartment with a separate entrance which could be ideal for teenagers. There are two single beds on a mezzanine overlooking the kitchen/living area and has its own shower room and outside terrace.
