Our lovingly furnished holiday home is situated in a quiet side street in a relaxed residential area – just a few minutes from the sea. Those seeking respite from everyday life will find a place to breathe deeply, relax, and feel at home.
The 95m² house offers plenty of space for families. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. An additional guest toilet on the ground floor provides added convenience. A highchair and a cot are available for the little ones.

The fenced garden is ideal for children and dogs. While the little ones play, adults can relax in the beach chair on the terrace and enjoy the fresh North Sea air. A barbecue grill is available for convivial evenings – perfect for a barbecue or roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fireplace.

The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, making mealtimes a breeze. In addition to a stove, oven, and microwave, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and ample dishes.
The spacious living area on the ground floor is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day – on the sofa, in front of the fireplace, or enjoying a cozy game night with board games, children's toys, or satellite TV.
The bedrooms upstairs are charmingly furnished: a master bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed, and another room with two single beds.
Smoke detectors, a CO₂ detector, a fire extinguisher, and exterior lighting ensure safety. The house is non-smoking, not suitable for wheelchair users, and parties are not permitted.
