Sent is a stunning Swiss village, very traditional architecture with modern touches, great skiing, walking, trekking, amazing natural health baths in Scuol 10 mins drive away. The whole area boasts a most relaxing atmosphere. Local cheese maker, baker, butcher and supermarket are within a few hundred metres of your apartment.The whole region of the Unterengadin offers free public transport, bus and local train, and in the summer/autumn season also the gondola will be covered via the tourism tax, which is included in your rent! Public transport is easy as the bus stop is very close to the house, the bus goes to Scuol every 30 or 60 minutes depending on time of year. From Scuol you can transfer to trains to Zurich and European cities or St Moritz or the extensive local bus network.Our newly renovated 3 room apartment (ex Studio) now has a separate bedroom downstairs. It measures 85m/2. Great mix of modern kitchen and new bedroom with sofa corner, coupled with traditional local timber ceiling and furniture. Measuring 80m/2, it comfortably sleeps 4 Adults. Our house is situated at the beginning of Sent, only 50 meters from the bus stop. In winter, the ‘dreampiste´ (2800m -1400m) finishes within 5 walking minutes of the apartment. There is a shared laundry and ski/bike room.The studio is on two levels - the downstairs entrance leads via a sliding door, made from the old cattle troughs from a different era, to a bedroom with a king size bed with 2 single mattresses, the room also has a reading corner with sofa.On the first floor you'll find the generous living room, full of old local timbers on both ceiling and furniture. An opening leads to the modern kitchen. A section of the living room is fashioned as a sleeping nook equipped with a generous double sofa bed and separable with a ceiling to floor curtain.
