Villa Magnolia a Lago
Magnolia Lago is a modern, renovated holiday apartment in a 19th-century villa with four units, located in Gardone Riviera on Lake Garda. It is surrounded by a 3,000 sq m garden overlooking the lake, with direct access to the water and a private beach. The garden is shared with the other three apartments, only two of which are currently occupied.
The views are breathtaking. This approximately 150 sq m, two-story apartment was beautifully renovated in 2010 using the latest technologies for maximum comfort.
On the raised ground floor, you will find: the living room with two large sofas, armchairs, hammocks, a large table, and a wood-burning stove; the blue bathroom; and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a door leading to the large terrace.
On the lower level, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with a bunk bed and a single bed; a white bathroom; a laundry area; and access to the garden. Bed linens and towels are included.
