Villa Kritikos features an external staircase leading to the third bedroom on the upper floor, which includes an en-suite bathroom and balcony. A bedroom (with a 1.80m x 2m bed) and an en-suite bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (each with a 1.60m x 2m bed and satellite TV) accessible via the internal/external staircase. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with integrated mosquito nets in all windows.
Our well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes an oven, a gas/electric stove, a large refrigerator, and more. The ground floor also features a comfortable and spacious living/dining room with a table for six, a cozy corner sofa, and a brick fireplace.
``` The outdoor area features a private swimming pool (approx. 7.00 m x 4.00 m x 1.50 m deep), an outdoor shower, and complete privacy screening (bamboo), including illuminated grounds with a covered terrace overlooking the sea and a child-friendly area.
The house is licensed by the Tourism Authority with the EOT license number MHTE/1039K91002927101.
