All bedrooms and bathrooms in the Podere Gelsomino holiday home are furnished to a high standard and effortlessly blend rustic and modern elements.
Front House: Comprising three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and private balcony seating, as well as a furnished shared terrace. All three bedrooms have separate entrances.

Main House: The upper floor is accessed via a rustic stone staircase. Here you will find the bedrooms. The heart of the upper floor is a cozy sitting area, a dining area, and a beautiful fireplace. From here, you can access the four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, is also available. On the ground floor, you will find a typically rustic Tuscan ambiance, rarely seen elsewhere.

The furnishings are all unique, handcrafted pieces, perfectly integrated into this magnificent Tuscan villa. The meticulous restoration is evident throughout. Preserving the building's original structure was also of paramount importance to the owning family during the renovation. Here you'll find not only an original, preserved Etruscan wine cellar, but also a small canteen on the ground floor for undisturbed tasting of the estate's own wines.

In a comfortable seating area overlooking the open, very spacious, and modern event kitchen, which is fully equipped, you can watch the cooking process. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area. Both the kitchen and the dining area have separate entrances to the outside. A toilet and a washing machine are located on this floor. At the rear of the house, also with separate entrances, are two suites, each with its own shower room. Both suites have their own furnished terrace. Between the houses is a brick barbecue with a water connection. Right next to it is a large table that seats 18 people. Wireless internet is available. Parking is available on the property.

The pool is located below the houses and measures 12 x 7 meters with a depth of 1.80 meters. The sound of the large waterfall amidst nature is an extraordinary experience. Sun loungers and chairs are available around the pool.
