Holiday home in Gelting with swimming pool
Lütt Seehas is a holiday home newly built in 2020 in a quiet residential area in Gelting, 1 km from Wackerballig beach. This semi-detached house boasts exclusive furnishings and was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association in July 2024.
The rooms feature oak parquet flooring with underfloor heating. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the house bright and inviting.
All rooms have screen doors.
The high-quality kitchen (with dishwasher and three-drawer freezer) is very well equipped.
The living area includes a large flat-screen TV, a sofa, and a comfortable reading chair in the cozy bay window. The house has high-speed internet (fiber optic connection).
Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality 180 x 200 cm box-spring beds. Bed linen, one hand towel, and one bath towel per person are included. Kitchen towels are not included. This linen package can be omitted, in which case the price shown in the booking request will be reduced by €25 per person! You will then need to bring your own bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels. Kitchen towels must be brought along.
The spacious, bright bathroom with a window provides natural light and features a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.
A separate guest toilet is also available.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room.
You can spend pleasant hours on the covered terrace with garden furniture and a Weber charcoal grill, as well as in the garden.
In addition, the cozy lounge area on the wooden deck at the rear of the property invites you to relax.
The property is not fenced but bordered by hedges and shrubs.
A high chair, crib, changing table, baby bathtub, etc., are not provided.
Charging electric cars is prohibited, as the household sockets are not designed for this purpose. There are several EV charging stations in Gelting.
