The exclusive "Passatstieg" penthouse, newly built in 2020, is located in a quiet, quiet cul-de-sac near the beach in Scharbeutz. The stunning sandy beach and the lively dune promenade with its numerous restaurants, beach bars, cafés, and shops are just a short walk away.
The penthouse spans two levels and offers over 100 square meters of living space, providing ample room for 4-6 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The centerpiece of the lower level is the spacious combined living and dining area with a smart TV and soundbar. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, invites you to cook together. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer direct access to the generously sized roof terrace, where you can relax in a beach chair, soak up the sun, and unwind. An electric awning provides shade, and a dining set with enough space for 8 people is available for shared meals. Through the hallway, you reach the first bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and TV, as well as a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, window, and integrated washer-dryer. All windows on the lower level are equipped with electric exterior blinds. On the second level, you will find another bathroom with a walk-in shower and an exceptionally large bedroom furnished with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and two ottomans that can be converted into a guest bed. The windows are fitted with blackout blinds, and a TV is also provided.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The apartment includes a designated outdoor parking space, and bicycles can be stored securely and dry in the lockable bicycle shed. An elevator is also available.
