The house (built around 1890) is located in the old town center of Diessen, in the fishing district; it has been lovingly restored and modernized.

It offers a large open-plan living and kitchen area with a wood-burning stove, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided. There are four bedrooms accommodating up to nine guests. Three double bedrooms are located on the first floor, and a triple bedroom and a room with a sitting area, television, and an additional single bed are on the second floor. Each floor has its own bathroom, and the first floor also features a veranda leading to the garden.

The house boasts a lovely garden with a terrace and barbecue facilities.
The spacious open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for socializing, yet everyone can also find their own private space within the house.
