At Welschenkramer Comfortable holiday residence
Description
The holiday apartment has 55 m² and was rebuilt in 2021 after extensive renovation work in the extension of the former village grocer.
The large, sun-drenched living room with a separate dining area invites you to relax on its comfortable real leather couch. The couch can be pulled out - if there are more than two guests - and can be quickly converted into a comfortable bed thanks to a full-size mattress (140 x 200 cm).
The open kitchen is of course fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation, including a dishwasher.
From the romantic bedroom, in which we were able to keep the original ceiling beams visible, you can get to the small walk-in closet, which also houses the washing machine.
The elegant bathroom has, among other things, a walk-in shower at ground level.
If you don't feel like exploring the area, you can also spend the day in your own garden in front of the holiday apartment - be it on the terrace, at the grill or maybe with children at the existing sandpit.
If the weather is not so good, you will get your money's worth with the modern TV system (satellite, DVD collection).
A cot/high chair can be provided on request (of course free of charge).
Free WiFi (V-DSL) and air conditioning are available, but can be turned off on request.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Welschenkramer, De woonkamer was helder en uitnodigend, perfect om te ontspannen na een dag verkennen, De keuken was goed uitgerust, wat het koken een fluitje van een cent maakte, De hele plek voelde als een thuis weg van huis, en ik waardeerde de charmante decoratie echt, Bovendien was de locatie rustig maar dicht genoeg bij leuke plekken zoals de Chiemsee Strandcamping, Zou het zeker aan vrienden aanbevelen!
Wat een juweeltje! De plek was brandschoon en de decoratie was doordacht gedaan, We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad op het terras, De enige downside was het weer, maar dat is buiten iemands controle!

Unser Aufenthalt war entzückend! Der Wohnbereich war groß genug für unsere Familie, und das ausziehbare Sofa war eine Lebensretter, Wir schätzten auch die Waschmaschine – es machte unsere Reise viel einfacher!
Alles war genau richtig während unseres Aufenthalts, Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, Die Kinder liebten die Sandkiste im Garten, Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen!
