From here you have access to the furnished southwest balcony, which is covered and where you can sit very comfortably even in bad weather. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a vanity unit with plenty of storage space.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (separate mattresses, open foot end, dimensions 2 x 0.90 x 2 meters) and a wardrobe that offers enough space for your luggage. The large living room has a corner sofa, a TV cabinet with flat screen TV, an open modern kitchenette and a cozy dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with 4 ceramic hobs with extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
There is also a free parking space and a bicycle cellar available.
