On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with a large dining table and a huge sofa, so even if the weather isn't so good, there's plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy a cozy meal or simply relax and enjoy each other's company. Smart TVs are available in the house.
In the separate, well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with two freezer drawers, etc., you can prepare delicious meals from the North Sea coast.
One of the three bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. It is furnished with a high-quality double bed (two single mattresses), a TV, and a wardrobe. A bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, and underfloor heating makes the ground floor well-suited for seniors or people with minor mobility issues.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable double bed (two single mattresses), a smart TV, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a sofa bed that extends to 1.60 meters and can accommodate two people. From this room, you can access another bathroom with a balcony, a sink, and a bathtub.
An additional guest toilet with a sink and washing machine is also located upstairs.
A child safety gate is provided on the upper floor.
