Our newly furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 54 sq m), completed at the end of 2021, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Rote Siel (Red Sluice). The city center is easily accessible on foot. Free parking is available in the vicinity of the building.
The spacious living room on the first floor features a comfortable sofa and a large TV (Waipu TV). The landlord's office is also located on this floor.
A staircase leads to the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink on the second floor.
The bedroom faces the courtyard and has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm).
The small, newly furnished kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc., and offers a lovely view of the water.
