With our holiday home Maarelia, completed in April 2022, we fulfilled a dream at Pulvermaar. Here you can escape the stresses of everyday life, relax and unwind, or be active and explore the Eifel or Moselle regions. The detached holiday home sits on a 600 m² plot with panoramic views of the typical Eifel landscape. It features a covered south-facing terrace, a stylish outdoor sauna, a garden house with a large extension, and a barbecue area. It has been awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).
The bright, open-plan living/dining area offers plenty of space. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine, a coffee maker, a refrigerator/freezer, and much more.
The relaxation room, furnished with comfortable loungers and an electric fireplace, is perfect for unwinding after a sauna session.
The bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed and a television.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters.
The rooms and furniture are color-coordinated, thus offering a feel-good atmosphere.
