On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and very good, fully functional kitchen. The living room is very elegant and offers everything you need for entertainment, including a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. A sofa bed for one child is also located in the apartment.

Off the living room, there is a lovely terrace with a swimming pool, a barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, and a dining table. There you can enjoy the day on comfortable sun loungers or refresh yourself in the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the pool.
The villa's special highlight is its complete wellness center: a gym with the latest weight-lifting equipment, a sauna that emits medicinal ions and features a built-in O3 ozonator, and a whirlpool with speakers. The ground floor also features a bank safe, which provides additional security for personal belongings and is fully secure with a code you select yourself. Fun-lovers can also play billiards, table football, darts, or even practice dancing on a pole.
