This comfortable two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building (built in 2010) on Luisenstraße. It features an open floor plan, bright and inviting rooms, and a 16 sq m southwest-facing terrace.
Sleeping accommodations are available for up to four people. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm, and the comfortable double sofa bed in the living area measures 160 x 200 cm. Two flat-screen TVs are provided, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. The latter has recently been upgraded with an HD card.
The dining area in the apartment is equipped with a complete Nolte kitchenette.
A lounge area on the terrace is now available for relaxing evenings.
