Rosenhof is a renovated farmhouse dating back to the 1920s, situated in a completely peaceful location on a 1.7-hectare property. The large garden with a pond is ideal for relaxing, but also for playing and running around.
During the renovation, great care was taken to preserve the original structure while still offering modern living comfort. The farmhouse has three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, and a large storage room with a washing machine and separate toilet, all within approximately 125 square meters. The heart of the house, however, is the 55-square-meter living room with an open-plan kitchen and a view of the gallery. The entire house has wide-plank flooring, and the bathroom features a natural stone floor.
The gallery is accessible via a spiral staircase. The gallery is unfurnished.
