This modernly renovated, approximately 135 m² (living and usable space), almost detached, 5-star holiday home for up to 4 people is located in Tinnum, near the border with Westerland, and offers a combination of high-quality furnishings and absolute comfort. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan, modern kitchen with an adjoining, light-filled living and dining area. The first double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is also located on the ground floor. A small wellness area on the first floor, equipped with a sauna and a shower room, offers complete relaxation. Also on the first floor is the second double bedroom, furnished with a comfortable window seat overlooking the Tinnum dike meadows. Enjoy the sunset on the balcony overlooking the garden. You are also welcome to use the terrace and the adjacent garden with garden furniture and a beach chair (in season). Free Wi-Fi, two parking spaces in front of the house, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The Sylt Seascape III is situated in a very quiet location on a side street in the village of Tinnum, directly adjacent to the dike meadows. It offers ideal opportunities for cycling and hiking. The nearest supermarket is about a five- to seven-minute walk away. The beach can be reached by bicycle in eight minutes and on foot in 15 to 20 minutes. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
