The large, fenced swimming pool (10m x 5m, 0.7m to 1.7m deep) awaits you with a view of the vineyards. The highlight of the garden is undoubtedly the Provençal summer kitchen and terrace overlooking the garden: this space is exceptionally pleasant and tastefully decorated. A large table and chairs invite you to enjoy convivial evenings. A barbecue is available, and you also have direct access to the kitchen from the terrace via French doors.
Ground Floor:
The house offers a closed garage on the ground floor, as well as a storage room with a washing machine.
First Floor:
The first floor can be reached either via an internal staircase or from the outside through the summer kitchen. There you will find a large living room (fireplace, sofa, round table with chairs) with an open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to the first room with a sofa bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
Second Floor:
The second floor has three more rooms: two with double beds and a third with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
