The semi-detached house provides complete privacy thanks to its enclosed garden, private pool, and terrace with barbecue. It can accommodate up to four people.
As soon as you enter Villa Antica, you'll feel instantly at ease and relaxed. The living space is spread over two floors with a total area of 57 m². The property is 500 m² and features a 32 m² outdoor pool. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room furnished with comfortable seating, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The entire house is air-conditioned, ensuring comfortable stays even on hot summer days.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine and clothes drying rack are also available. The dining area features a table for four, perfect for shared meals. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer.
