The heart of the house is the kitchen / family room, which with its bright and cosily furnished m2 will give you a cozy setting for many cozy moments. The house is i.a. equipped with dishwasher, washer and dryer and there is also Bluetooth speaker. On the terraces, the view of the water entices. At the house there is a swing and on the beach you will find a huge sandbox with the most beautiful, white sand. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
