Please note that the annex is uninsulated and has no electricity, making it unsuitable for cooler months; outside the summer season, the home is therefore suitable for up to four guests. The 1,250 m² natural plot is perfect for outdoor activities, with trees, open spaces for ball games, and a variety of play equipment for children, including a playhouse, slide, and garden trampoline (use at own risk).
