Smaller cottage beautifully located on a quiet road in Bisnap close to Hals. Kitchen from 2022 in open connection with the living room and access to a south/west-facing covered terrace. There is an air/air heat pump, which can heat the house on cool spring and autumn days. The house does not have a TV package installed, but it is possible to stream your own TV packages and streaming services via Chromecast. The house also contains an entrance hall, bathroom with shower and two good bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed respectively. The house is equipped with a Schneider EVLink Wall Smart T2S (7/22kW, TE key) charging station for electric cars. It also has a Bosch Tronic 4500 T 100 electric water heater with electronic display and a new model Panasonic air/air heat pump HZ25ZKE for efficient heating and cooling. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
