With a living area of 100 m², the apartment offers ample space for families or small groups. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed made up of two mattresses. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, ceramic cooktop, and fridge/freezer, and flows seamlessly into the dining and living area. A TV with free German and Danish channels and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi ensures entertainment and connectivity. From the living area, you can access the terrace and garden, perfect for dining or relaxing outdoors. A utility room provides a washing machine and dryer, with access to the rear of the house. Neoprene suits can be hung to dry under the carport. The property sits on a 1,000 m² plot, part of which is lawn, offering space for outdoor activities.
