Description
Holiday home located directly on the harbor quay at Nibe Marina with fantastic views of the marina, the fjord and the whole area. The house contains a combined living room and kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a 16 m & # 178; large loft with two beds and a bathroom with washing machine. There are 12 m & # 178; terrace right next to the water and with a wonderful view of life on and around the marina. In addition, 24 m & # 178; enclosed patio. At one end of the harbor, a large harbor pool with changing rooms and a large sun terrace has been built, and at the other end, a bathing beach with a jetty has been built. There is a lifeguard at the harbor bath.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Nice location - Nibe is nice
The summer house is in a fantastic location and is really nicely furnished for 2 people, There is a really nice kitchen and the house is cosy, Would I rent it again at the price I have given: Absolutely - I actually thought it was cheap, / / Hardly so good things: / The summer house is painted by Mr Bean, but they haven't covered it up as well before the bomb went off - there are paint stains everywhere on the fine tiled floors, The cabinets in the bathroom need to be painted and the colored walls must have been painted by someone else because they look nice, they have tried to paint the tiles in the bathroom, but unfortunately have not had them washed down properly first ¥ the paint has escaped from the floor drain, In connection with the painting work, hooks etc. have been screwed down from the wall but not screwed up again - so it is missing, There is also something missing to hang high the towels in the bathroom, / / It sounds very negative - but is only meant to mean that there is room for improvement, / / Would I rent it again for the same price: Absolutely!

Everything was there, whatever you would have at home,
It was really good, was well equipped with furniture and the kitchen worked so well,
