This holiday home from 1974 and modernized in 2021 is located at Klitsgårds Fiskerleje. The house is located on a lovely plot surrounded by tall trees, so it's always easy to find shelter and you are completely private. There is also a carport. Between the large trees at the bottom of the garden is a small wooden house that can be used as a shelter and in the bedroom with bunk beds there are two mattresses that can be used downstairs. The house has a bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, one with a ¾ bed and the other with a bunk bed (90x200). Both bedrooms have electric radiators. The small kitchen includes a stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and small fridge with freezer. The cozy furnished living room contains a wood-burning stove for coziness and warmth, Smart TV, wireless internet and air/air heat pump. The house is located in a cozy cottage area with short driving distance to Nibe and Aalborg. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
