Description
Classic holiday home in true Danish style located in an attractive holiday area on the northern part of the island of Als. The cottage is located in a scenic area only approx. 5 min from good bathing beach. There is internet for work as well as streaming and also a fine selection of TV channels for the late evening hours. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace sections, which invite to evening fun by the grill. You can enjoy the sun undisturbed all day on the plot, which has a large lawn where children can play ball or other outdoor games. About 2 min from the house there is a campsite with bouncy castle and playground. Here you can buy small necessities and pick up fresh bread in the morning.

We liked the house, but the bathroom is in dire need of renovation, especially the shower, which urgently needs to be renewed, the seals on the shower wall were very outdated, so when we were showering the whole bathroom was always under water,

Cozy holiday property with holiday-appropriate furnishings, mixed furniture and functioning appliances, / We liked the house in which we had already spent our holiday in March and that is why we booked it again, / Dancenter responded to our comments and has since eliminated minor deficiencies, / The basic cleanliness was there, but there were cleaning defects on the floors in the shower and especially under the beds and upholstered furniture as well as uncleaned windows (outside), where we were working, / The fireclay lining of the fireplace is worn and should be repaired from a fire protection point of view, / Overall there were no serious defects and the price-performance ratio of this holiday home for bookings outside of the main season is right, / However, we recommend thorough checks after the tenants move out. Guests, so that no creeping neglect in terms of cleanliness occurs,

The house had a beautiful big garden and a fireplace in the house, / It was also not far from the beach, / The kitchen had everything you need,
It was great and beautiful surroundings, but it was so cold in the house that it was impossible to get warm, which was a pity
