Welcome to a seaside cottage on the south coast in popular Simremarken! If you're longing for a relaxing getaway near the beach, you've come to the right place. The cabin is for you who want to explore and experience and is a good accommodation where you take care of yourself. The cottage is just a short 900 meter walk from the beautiful beach, making it easy to take a morning dip in the sea or enjoy relaxing sunsets by the water. In the evenings, you can light the grill on the small patio and enjoy a lovely dinner outside. Inside the cottage you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the lower level there is a double sofa bed and a simpler kitchenette where you can prepare light meals and snacks. The bathroom is fully equipped, so you don't have to compromise on comfort. For extra space and flexibility, there is also a sleeping loft with two single beds, making the cabin ideal for small families or friends who want to share accommodation. The cottage is perfect for those who want to spend their time outdoors, explore the beach, and experience the wonderful south coast to the fullest. Best of all, you can do it without breaking the bank. The host couple has a larger dog in the fenced garden. Their garden adjoins your patio. If you feel like you want something out of all this on your holiday, you can walk to the sea or the marina. If you want an even greater range of shopping, culture and food, you have Malmö, Ystad and Trelleborg. You have plenty of lakes and wonderful excursion spots throughout Scania and down towards Österlen. Considering the location towards the Baltic Sea, it would probably also be suitable for you as a fisherman. For those of you who are golfers, there is an abundance of golf courses and you don't have more than a couple of minutes by car to the nearest or one of Sweden's best PGA national 45 minutes away. If you want to visit Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk is a short drive away, as well as a nice restaurant and a smokehouse. There are plenty of activities for children in Skåne such as Ystads zoo, Skåne zoo, Tosselilla summerland and Hallongården and much more.

Geweldige locatie voor het verkennen van de zuidkust, Comfortabel bed en alles wat nodig is voor een kort verblijf,
We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in deze cottage, Het strand was perfect voor ochtendzwemmen en de keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden, Gewoon een heads up, de WiFi was een beetje traag, maar we hebben het prima gered, Zou aanbevelen voor gezinnen,
De accommodatie was zeer aangenaam en de omgeving was rustig,

Dieser Ort ist ein verstecktes Juwel! Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, und die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Wir fanden viel zu tun in Skåne, vom Besuch des örtlichen Zoos bis zum Entspannen am Strand, Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und einladend und ließen uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen,
