On Skåne's east coast, in Hanö Bay, which is known for its fine sandy beach, is this terraced house in the small community Yngsjö. The house is only 1500 meters from the beautiful Yngsjö sea bath so you have fantastic opportunities to experience the coast and beach from this lovely accommodation. Yngsjö is a small, picturesque village known for its eel fishing, beautiful coast and ice cream factory. Here you are close to exploring everything that Skåne's east coast has to offer, such as beaches and beautiful nature but also close to Åhus and Kristiandstand. The accommodation is 1 of 2 holiday homes, in a house that is divided into two separate homes. For groups traveling together, you can rent cottage no. 45653, which is located next door. The garden is shared with the other accommodation, even though there are clear separations and separate entrances. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2016 when everything was redone, including the fresh kitchen and bathroom. Here four people can live in large airy, bright rooms. On the upper level, on a sleeping loft with sloping ceilings there are four beds. Two single beds that stand together as a double bed, and two single beds. The kitchen with dining area is open to the large living room. The bathroom with shower has a small washing machine. There is a large garden with two different opportunities to sit outside. Here you have the perfect starting point to experience the wonderful Scanian east coast and the beautiful beaches, from a spacious, modern and fresh accommodation perfect for families. Excellent also for two families if traveling together if you also rent the other accommodation.

Cozy and well-equipped holiday home, We particularly liked the BBQ facilities and the shared garden area, The hosts were accommodating, allowing us to check in early, Would definitely recommend to friends,
Deze plek overtrof onze verwachtingen! De indretning var smaakvol, og de open-plan stue maakte het nog ruimer, We hebben onze avonden buiten doorgebracht in de tuin, Het enige nadeel was het gebrek aan een vaatwasser, maar dat bederfde onze verblijf niet,
Geweldige locatie dicht bij het strand, Het huis was schoon en gezellig, Perfect voor een gezinsuitje!
Everything was just right for our stay, The property was well-equipped, and we loved the modern kitchen, It was nice to have a washing machine available too, The nearby beaches were stunning and not overcrowded, which made for a relaxing experience,
What a charming spot! We rented the adjoining holiday home as well since we were traveling with another family, and it worked out perfectly, The kids loved having their own space in the sleeping loft, while the adults enjoyed the spacious living area, The beach is close by, and we took advantage of the beautiful coastal walks, The hosts were friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable, This place is definitely worth a visit!
We had a lovely time at this holiday home in Yngsjö, The place was super clean and had all the essentials, I really appreciated the open kitchen and living room setup, made it easy for us to hang out together, The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, just a short walk away! I would say the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but we managed, Overall, a fantastic spot for a relaxing vacation, Would definitely come back!
